Start with the nipple that comes with the bottle. The flow of milk from the nipple is linked to how enthusiastically or steadily they drink as they develop, regardless of age.

When babies are breastfeeding, they use a suckling movement to drink breast milk in tiny, separate portions. The milk flow will pause when a baby pauses to swallow and breathe.
